hello. Previous file was updated by me but I can't recover password as previous email is not active anymore.

Allow overwrting of File:Puntland map.png and File:Puntland new regions map.jpg

According to this source [1] the provinces of Sanaag and Sool hve been recognized as a seperate federal state, distinct from Puntland. As such, the current map is out of date and needs an update. Seemsrathytaway (talk) 15:18, 9 July 2025 (UTC)

@Thomascampbell123: I'm interested, why is that color scheme used on some maps (mostly senate and gubernatorial maps) and the other color scheme (which you changed this map to) on other maps? I'm not exactly sure why different maps use different color schemes but I know that it is Wikipedia's policy to use different color schemes for presidential and downballot elections (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Elections_and_Referendums/USA_legend_colors). It also seems like it has become customary to use presidential election colors for U.S. House elections, hence why I changed the color scheme for this map. Ok, thanks. For example the 2024 Texas presidential results map uses the same scheme as the one you changed this image to, and the senate election results map from the same year uses the other scheme, both maps made by User:ZackCarns. Seems like presidential and U.S. House result maps are done with the former scheme and U.S. Senate and gubernatorial result maps with the latter. And House races are downballot races, so it's interesting how it has become the norm to use presidential colors from them. Thanks for the link. --Minilammas (talk) 23:56, 12 July 2025 (UTC)

Can you restore the articles I create on English Wikipedia that were all deleted by user Izno? Since the articles I wrote are almost all sourced and worthy, why didn't he just leave it for another editor to develop and instead deleted it all? maybe you can discuss this and get him to reconsider, thanks. Since December 8, 2024, the opposition took control of Damascus, the capital of Syria, marking the end of the Assad regime. I though it would be the perfect time to change the red-white-black, two green star flag to the green-white-black, three green star flag. One of them is the flag orb.
