The source seems to indicate that this is public domain, due to the fact that the FARC apparently/possibly can't legally sue to enforce copyright in the United States or Colombia. I don't know if the referenced Hezbollah flag matter is directly applicable here, but this needs to be discussed, since it could also have applicable relevance to things that may be claimed to other "illegal" groups, possibly. --rootology (T) 17:22, 30 July 2008 (UTC)

Delete "They can't sue us, so it's legal" does not sound like a rationale to me. Plus, ya know... they could CALL a lawyer and WIRE him money. They wouldn't have to step forth in this country to get their legal will done. --ShakataGaNai ^_^ 17:26, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
