I want to make this recipe but I just want to ask, is pudding powder the same as custard powder?
I’m from the UK and have not come across pudding powder before.

In reply to Christine Tickle. You could use vanilla custard powder. I think that's easier to find where you are? I do the opposite when I make a recipe that calls for custard powder and it works well!
