Yep – if you divide the Quark and mix half with strawberries and half with chocolate, you’ll want to reduce the amount of chocolate and salt in the other half. Mixing with strawberries sounds delicious!

Hmmmmmm…I think you could. It’s very rich so you could fill the pie shell maybe 1/3 or maybe 1/2 full with the Quark mousse and then top with lots of whipped cream and then sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. With a good pie crust, mousse, and whipped cream you really can’t go wrong! 🙂
