Yeah, these are a bit different from the ones I had in Argentina (which weren’t homemade) but still tasty! What do you recommend as far as the butter/flour ratio?

And it’s likely if you bought them at the bakery that they were made with margarine instead of butter (which I don’t recommend but would change the taste and texture)
